About Morra Fleet Solutions

I have dedicated over 20 years to the motorcoach industry. My journey began working as a low-level technician/mechanic, eventually working up through the ranks from the private carrier side then into the manufacturing side of the industry.  I have decided to offer my expertise for private/public operators that seek to enhance fleet efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and safety.​

    • Bachelor's degree in electrical and computer engineering technology from Valencia College

  • Industry Experience:

    • Over two decades of experience in motorcoach fleet management, maintenance, and data analysis

    • Experience in vehicle construction engineering designs and concepts

    • SAE Master Technician certification

    • SAE High Voltage Training

    • Section 608/609 HVAC Certification

    • MCI E/J Coach electrical training

    • Van Hool and Prevost Factory Training

    • Hunter Heavy Duty Truck, Bus, Trailer Alignment

Career Highlights

  • Superintendent of Maintenance:

    • Led productivity and efficiency improvements as Superintendent of Maintenance for a private carrier.

    • Successfully exceeded all NY State DOT passenger bus safety inspection requirements during my tenure.

    • Successfully implemented a paperless shop and inventory controls for the maintenance department.

  • Manufacturer Support:

    • Over 10 years providing crucial support, training, and solutions to Van Hool customers

  • Electric Vehicle Expertise:

    • Developed troubleshooting techniques for Van Hool CX45E, TDX25E, Optimal, and Proterra models

    • Designed training materials and provided hands on training for heavy duty electric vehicle projects

  • Public Engagements

    • Local student chapter president for American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME)​

    • Guest panel speaker for Electrification Coalition
